I just got on a new diet! Actually, it's not a diet at all. I went to a fat doctor to learn how to eat! (how stupid is that, but it's worked). I've lost about 50 lbs by simply eating more portioned meals, and more diverse meals. No damn diets...and I'm losing weight. WHO KNEW! :) Funny, you talk about diets… I just got on a new diet! Which smalls like the work of Hillary's campaign -- as does the conjecture that his taste in clothes is like that of a Middle East leader. (I didn't catch his name b/c the neighbor fired up powertools to fix his roof and I couldn't hear after that.
