		<description>Here in Wisconsin only 20% of former moms on welfare are above the poverty limit.  It's a horrible system, and the only time you hear about it is when some government agency does a survey, and absolutely nobody is outraged except a few poverty activists.  The rest of the state seems to think that getting "those women" off welfare is worth the cost of increased poverty, increased homelessness, and increased child mortality.  They just don't fucking care about folks in poverty.  Period.
